I used to ask myself the same questions. At 19, I wasn’t even sure if I liked myself.

After years of low self-esteem, anxiety, people-pleasing, and relationships that left me feeling unworthy, I knew something had to change. I was tired of living like a background character in my own life.

That’s when I started my self-love journey—a journey of healing, self-trust, and learning how to treat myself with the kindness I gave to others.

Now, I help others rewrite their own self-love stories.
